"Lovely Bones" star Rachel Weisz admittedly knows very little about the "Twilight Saga." But she knows just enough about the vampire franchise to joke with MTV News recently about meeting her "Unbound Captives" costar Robert Pattinson.

"Meeting him was vampiric. He sucked my blood," she said with a laugh. "Wait, is he the vampire? He is the vampire, right?"

Indeed he is, and we have a feeling Rachel will be getting quite the education in "Twilight" and its fanatic following once shooting begins on their Madeline Stowe-written and directed Western, which also stars Hugh Jackman. That is, if the film actually gets made.


"It's an independent movie, and they are raising the money, so hopefully it'll happen," Rachel explained. "I don't know if it will [be made], but yeah, I'm very excited."

The film centers around a young boy (Rob) who is kidnapped and raised by Comanche warriors while his mother (Rachel) searches to find him and his sister. "It's a great screenplay, and [Pattinson and Jackman] are both great actors," Rachel added, explaining why she signed on for the project. "I like to work with all kinds of talented people, whatever the age."

With her long list of film credits, one would think RPattz would have been a bit intimidated meeting the talented actress, but she assured us quite the opposite occurred. "He wasn't star-struck. He's got a whole rebel vibe, right? Yeah, that was his vibe," she said of their meeting. "He's kind of iconoclastic. He's flaunting authority. Yeah, pretty cool."

Charges Droped

I'm glad she got out and the charges are dropped now if only they can accuse the right people.




Charges have been dropped against the 22-year old Chicago woman accused of videotaping part of The Twilight Saga: New Moon at a movie theater, reported the Associated Press. Cook County prosecutors announced in court Friday that they won’t pursue charges against Samantha Tumpach, who was arrested on Nov. 28 and faced a felony charge of illegally copying the film. She had only three minutes of the movie on her digital camera. Tumpach said she was taping her sister’s birthday party and wasn’t trying to record the movie. Summit Entertainment, the studio behind New Moon, released this statement:

“We applaud Muvico for upholding the zero tolerance policy on piracy when the incident occurred at their theater in Rosemont, IL. The pirating of films is a very serious issue and we all need to remain vigilant to protect the art of film and the myriad of businesses that the film industry supports. We believe that the attention that this incident has drawn, has served as a reminder to us all that any form of film piracy, or perceived piracy, will be treated with the utmost seriousness. Summit is pleased that all charges against Ms. Tumpach have been dropped and appreciate the efforts of the police and the prosecutors in this outcome.”

Eclipse Hitting the Bigger Sceen in IMAX

The Twilight Saga: New Moon is just so November and all anyone cares about now is The Twilight Saga: Eclipse hitting theaters in June. No trailer, few pictures, and little news about Eclipse have been released leaving fans desperate for any sort of news. If you are looking for juicy information on Eclipse, we have got it for you today. Twilight Twitter has just announced some thrilling news about the upcoming film that involves taking a page from Happy Potter's book and exciting IMAX news.

The first big news is that The Twilight Saga: Eclipse will not only be coming to normal theaters, the third installment of The Twilight Saga will also appear in IMAX theaters. The film was not shot with special IMAX cameras, however Summit Entertainment is in the process of working with IMAX Filmed Entertainment to digitally re-maste the film for IMAX quality. We all know that Eclipse is all about the fighting scenes so this brilliant move to IMAX will make the movie experience exhilarating for fans. Greg Foster, Chairman and President of IMAX Filmed Entertainment, offered the following, "We’re very excited to work with our new partners at Summit Entertainment to transport the very loyal and enthusiastic Twilight fans into the world of the Volturi via The IMAX Experience."

If that isn't enough, news we have just learned that The Twilight Saga: Eclipse will debut on a Wednesday instead of a Friday. Which means for all you midnight go'ers instead of having to wait till Thursday to see the film, you will get to see it Tuesday at midnight. Similar to Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince release, these extra two days will not only bring in larger crowds, it will also bring in more money making the weekend gross outstanding. We would love to think the push up was because of the fans, but we all know that at the end of the day, it's all about the Benjamin's! The Twilight Saga: Eclipse directed by David Slade and starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Launter will open June 30th, 2010 in both IMAX and regular theaters.

Robert Pattinson had nothing to do with Uma Thurman's recent split from her fiance, her spokesperson has confirmed.

The future co-stars were linked recently when it emerged the Kill Bill actress had separated from Swiss financier Arpad Busson after two years together.

But Uma's representative has laughed off the claims because the pair haven't even met yet.

“That is actually funny,” the rep tells GossipCop. “Uma hasn’t even been in the same room as Pattinson.”

Rob and Uma are slated to star together in upcoming movie Bel Ami, about a young man who seduces an older wealthy woman.

examiner.com has sent an article I want to share. It is very long and talks about other Celebrities and as you may know my only concern for this site is Robert Pattinson and anything Twilight. Examiner explains that Rob and his friends were seen leaving Hotel Cafe and entering his Hotel. Now maybe the word "seen" is an understatement. Hounding and Harassment is more like it. Paparazzi didn't just take a picture or two or even three. They just kept going at it. The more he tried to hide the more crazy they got. It was not right and I felt very very angry for that happening to him the moment i saw the pictures. It was like Britney Spears all over again. He had to face a wall to avoid cameras but still one guy kept snapping pictures from below. There is a video I did find and never posted because it drove me mad. Rob and his friends walked in the elevator and two paparazzi walked in as well, then was pushed out before the doors closed. What nerve they have for doing that? Paparazzi think they can step over everyone and anything just to get the "Million Dollar" shot. So they follow Celebrities until something unfortunate happens. Examples of that is Britney Spears and all her break downs, or the most awful thing to ever happen Princess Diana in a horrific car accident from running away from Paparazzi and dying Examiner tells many ways to try and make the best of the paparazzi. Maybe stop and just say "Hi" and maybe intorduce who you are with and try to take off some of the attnetion from you. Thats a good idea, but we shouldn'd have to think of ways to make the best out somehting thats so invasive. Rob can't even go outside to walk up the block to a corner store or coffe shop without the crazy paparazzi and screaming fans following him. As most of you read a few days ago I posted an article talking about thinkingofrob.com being talked about fans getting involved and "DEMANDING" for the respect of paparazzi for Rob. There are pictures of fans with their hands blocking their face and making posters protesting for them to respect Rob and his friends. This article again mentons it. All of my blog vewiers and follwers if you want to help out go to www.thinkingofrob.com and send in your picture, posters, or any art work. What they are doing is being hear, and I do hope they get the picture. I am thinking of shutting down this blog for sometime as a protest for the Respect Rob project. I am here to let fans know what is going on, but I feel that I am disrepecting Rob when I post the photos of him being followed when he really does not want to. If I decided not to shut it down I will not post things that offend him or his fans when the paparazzi's invade his life like its just ment to be publiced. No one deserve that. As I always say, Do to to other of what you expect for yourself.
One more thing, Twitter...If you see Rob please do not post it on Twitter, it only makes it worse. As for the celebrities you should know better. Do not post where you see him. Its rude, do you like others doing that to you?
