Justin Bieber of course had his break out year. The year of "Bieber Fever." With millions of albums sold not to mention books, nail polish, and a movie in the works, Bieber is setting himself up for another amazing year in 2011.
Robert Pattinson is the hottest vampire in recent times. The "Twilight Saga" star makes headlines for his hot character Edward Cullen as well as his steamy off screen romance with co-star Kristen Stewart. 2010 was a great year in the career of Pattinson. He starred in films such as "New Moon," "Eclipse," "Remember Me," "Bel Ami," and "Water For Elephants."
