Bill Condon Send A Letter To Twi-Hard Fans

IM EXCITED TO SEE WHAT HE WILL DO FOR THE LAST TWILIGHT INSTALLMENT(S)

There won’t be any musical numbers,” newly named director Bill Condon, whose last film was the Beyonce and Jennifer Hudson-starring “Dreamgirls,” said of the upcoming fourth “Twilight Saga” film in a note posted on Facebook.

Like previous directors Chris Weitz and David Slade, the director introduced himself to “Twilight” diehards with an online letter, reassuring them that he’s “bringing myself up to speed” on the beloved vampire series.

“I’ve read BREAKING DAWN twice, rewatched Catherine’s and Chris’s movies 2-3 times each, have all four CDs playing in my car, and have Catherine’s notebook, Mark Cotta Vaz’s companion books, and even Volume 1 of the graphic novel here on my desk,” he wrote. “A corner of my office is starting to look like Hot Topic.”

The “Gods and Monsters” and “Candyman: Farewell To The Flesh” director added that he’s “been yearning for a return to a story with Gothic overtones.”

“Like many of you, I’ve always been slightly obsessed with vampires, dating back to the prime-time series DARK SHADOWS, which I followed avidly as a kid,” he said, adding, however, that it took a special project to get him to return to the horror world.

“Rooted in a beautiful, real landscape with a great sense of place, Bella, Edward, Jacob, and the rest of the Forks/La Push menagerie, experience emotions that are primal, and universal: desire, despair, jealousy,” he wrote. “And it all comes to fruition in BREAKING DAWN. This is a final chapter in the best sense; not just wide in scope and scale, but emotionally charged and intense throughout.”

Condon concluded his letter by asking for questions in the comments section, which sparked over 2,000 responses. However, he did not comment on long-standing rumors that the plot-heavy “Breaking Dawn” will arrive as two films.

“The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” the third film in the series, directed by Chris Weitz, is due June 30.

David Duchovny Says He Would Go Gay For Twilight Stars

YAY DAVID!

COPIED AND PASTE

Hollywood — Actor David Duchovny says he's straight, but there are quite a few guys for whom he would "go gay."

His revelations came out in an interview with Empire Magazine for his new movie "The Joneses," co-starring Demi Moore.

"If I were gay, you know. I think Woody Allen is one of a long list of men I might go gay for," he told the magazine.

"Garry Shandling is someone I've publicly gone gay for, for jokes," he said. "Oh and anyone in the Twilight movies. I don't know any of their names, but all of them. The wolves, the vampires? They're all fantastic."

Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are the two hottest guys from the Twilight movies. Lautner has been the speculation of gay rumors since breaking-up with Taylor Swift last year.

The 49-year-old Duchovny has two children with wife Tea Leoni.

Duchovny, a sex addict, also says he really enjoys standing naked in the outdoor shower at his home in Massachusetts, although he's hoping the neighbors haven't noticed.

It looks like all re-shooting for Twilight Saga: Eclipse in Vancouver is over and the young stars are heading back to LA. Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner arrived in LA yesterday (see photos) for what I'm sure will be the kick-off of their promo tour soon. No photos of Kristen Stewart have surfaced yet but I think they will soon. Stay tuned!

Are you excited to see Eclipse? I can't wait! I think it looks better than even the first two were.
