'Twilight' nominated for eight People's Choice Awards

The latest installment of the world's favorite vampire saga “Eclipse” has dominated the People's Choice Awards movie categories with eight nominations including, Favourite Movie, Favourite Movie Actor for stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner and Favourite Movie Actress for Kristen Stewart.

The popular awards ceremony also honors music and television stars. Eminem and Usher have been included in the Favorite Male Artist Category, while Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift are competing for the Favorite Female Artist.

Conan O'Brien has also been nominated in the Favorite Talk Show Host category alongside Chelsea Handler, Ellen DeGeneres and Oprah Winfrey

Musical TV show “Glee” is nominated for Favorite TV Comedy along with “How I Met Your Mother”, “Modern Family” and “Two and a Half Men”.

Winners of the People's Choice Awards 2011 will be announced during a live broadcast from the Nokia Theater in LA on January 5th 2010

Ashley Greene Talks Latest Breaking Dawn News

Access Hollywood sent us this recent interview with actress Ashley Greene on the upcoming film “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1″ is based on the novel by Stephenie Meyer. Breaking Dawn by director Bill Condon stars Robert Pattinson (Bel Ami), Kristen Stewart (The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, The Runaways), Nikki Reed (K-11), Ashley Greene (Skateland), Taylor Lautner, (The Twilight Saga: New Moon, My Own Worst Enemy), Jackson Rathbone (S. Darko, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2), Dakota Fanning and Kellan Lutz.

Synopsis: In the highly anticipated next chapter of the blockbuster The Twilight Saga, the newfound married bliss of Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) is cut short when a series of betrayals and misfortunes threatens to destroy their world.
