Robert Pattinson' Moviefone Interview
Robert Pattinson was interviewed by Moviefone’s Kevin Polowy during the Remember Me press junket. Rob answers fan-submitted questions to Moviefone for Rob.
Pattinson and co-stars Pierce Brosnan, Emilie de Ravin and Chris Cooper, plus director Allen Coulter and screenwriter Will Fetters, hit New York recently to talk about the Manhattan-set drama. And since, well, we had a feeling the masses of R.Patz fans might be just a little bit enthused to have their existence officially acknowledged by the actor, we opened up the floor for fan-submitted questions.
The gracious Pattinson played along, answering questions about whether or not he’d ever consider playing James Bond (“I don’t know if I’d be capable of it, I think you need to be pretty fit for that”), the awkwardness of love scenes, his acting inspirations (“Joaquin Phoenix, Ryan Gosling”) and what he could never give up (“Beer”).
Rob couldn’t give up beer! LOL! I love this man.
Thanks Andie @ Moviefone!

Robert Pattinson Talks About Bringing Girls Home to Meet the Family
COPIED AND PASTED
At its heart, "Remember Me" is a story of the romance between two young New Yorkers. Robert Pattinson's Tyler is a headstrong and slightly lost kid from a wealthy family recovering from a recent trauma, while Emilie de Ravin's Ally has suffered through her own pain in the past.
So how much in common do the two actors have with their onscreen counterparts? That's what MTV News wanted to know when we sat down with Pattinson and de Ravin recently. At one point in the film, Tyler brings Ally to meet his father, played by Pierce Brosnan. Has RPattz ever brought a girlfriend home?
"Yes, and ..." he said, before trailing off.
What's the problem, Rob?
"No, I always say bad things about my family," he said, switching his line of conversation. "It was always great. It was perfect every time."
Anything else? Any names you'd like to share with us? Or are you just going to leave us with the knowledge that you've brought some ladies home?
"Yes, I have," he said.
Fair enough, Mr. Pattinson! And what about Emilie? Over the course of the movie, Ally ends up running away after getting in a fight with her father, played by Chris Cooper. Has the Australian-born actress ever run away from home?
"Yeah, but I didn't get very far and I think I was about 4," she said. "My bedroom was upstairs. We had these sort of grapevines growing down the side of the house, this lattice stuff. I climbed down and was going through the horse paddocks and got to a certain distance and got scared and came back."
As de Ravin told this story, Pattinson broke out in laughter. "We lived in this castle in the clouds!" he joked.

Robert Pattinson Does The Early Show To Brighten Up Your Tuesday AM (VIDEO)
COPIED AND PASTED
Robert Pattinson appeared on The Early Show today to promote his new flick Remember Me, which comes out (FINALLY!) this weekend. RPattz compares the movie to Robert Redford's classic film Ordinary People when asked how to describe the project.
"It feels like kind of that, I don't know, late '70s kind of romantic. Like romantic dramas were a little bit deeper than they are now. There are no heroes, there are no villains. Everyone in it is a good person. It's just sort of a good family trying to deal with tough times."
To see why he chose the role, his thoughts on fame and rumors, and the upcoming Twilight flick, check out the video below.
And would he ever cut his hair?? Um...what would he do with his hands??
