Coming in second was Oprah Winfrey followed by Miley Cyrus, The Jonas Brothers and Barack Obama — the only president to have ever been on the list. Kate Gosselin, Selena Gomez, Tyler Perry, Angelina Jolie and Ellen DeGeneres rounded out the Top 10.
