Robert Pattinson Has A Secret Ambition

I DONT NORMALLY POST THINGS LIKE THIS CUZ ITS NOT TRUE ABOUT THE WANTING TO WORK IN THE SMALL SCREEN BUT I THINK ITS CUTE ABOUT HIM TALKING ABOUT HIS CHILDHOOD JUST ANOTHER THING WE CAN ADORE ABOUT HIM!

Robert Pattinson is one of Hollywood's most sought after actors, with offers of film roles at his feet. However, according to reports the Twilight star has the small screen in mind...

In fact, the 24-year-old has ambitions to be a TV presenter for BBC1's Sunday night antiques programme, the Antiques Roadshow.

According to the Sun, Rob said: "I don't think there was a kid back home who didn't watch Antiques Roadshow with their parents on a Sunday night.

"That Royle Family episode where they are all betting on how much the antiques are worth is so true to British life, that's exactly what we used to do.

"I used to love it, I think secretly every kid did, but it's not the coolest thing to admit."

Rob added: "I love the faces of the posh people when they think that something is going to be valued at more than it is, and when it's under they are gutted.

"I also love the faces of the genuine people who have found something in their loft. When they find out what it is worth they are genuinely delighted and you know it's going to change their life.

"I would love to be presenting the show when some little old dear from Burnley comes in with a genuine Picasso or Rembrandt worth £5million."

We'd be willing to dig out a few 'antiques' if Rob was going to value them!
